Affiliate Marketing Glossary
A payment threshold
is an amount of earned commissions that an affiliate program
requires an affiliate to make before they will pay the commissions to the affiliate. If your payment threshold is $100, and an earned commission
is $50, you would not get paid for the first commission until the second one brings your affiliate account balance to the payment threshold or higher. Amazon's payment threshold is a minimum of $10.
