1. INTRODUCTION

Kompelling, LLC – dba AmaLinksPro.com (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its visitors and users of this website (the “Site”). We created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES

2.1. WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

(1) Categories of Personally Identifiable Information. We collect personally identifiable information from you when a purchase is made by you. The information includes, but is not limited to:

1. Your full name,
2. Your email address,
3. Product order details, and
4. The license key assigned to you to access the software.

Although certain of these items may not identify you personally, we can use combinations of the information to do so. We do not share your information with any third parties who will directly market to you. We do share said information with third parties who assist in the running of the Site and processing of orders such as Easy Digital Downloads and Drip. They do not use or disclose your information for marketing purposes.

(2) Easy Digital Downloads and/or Drip. We use Easy Digital Downloads and/or Drip to process orders of our product and track those orders through a licensing key mechanism. Easy Digital Downloads and/or Drip may necessarily collect additional information from you.

(3) Modification or Removal Process. Please contact us if you wish to modify your information. We do not allow for removal of any information since it is required to verify purchases, comply with laws and track the license granted to customers at the time of purchase.

(4) Privacy Policy Modifications and Updates. We may update and modify this Privacy Policy. If we modify or update the policy, we will send you a message to the email address you used when ordering, detailing the changes.

(5) Effective Date: The effective date shall be March 7, 2018.

(6) Do Not Track Signals. Pursuant to the California Online Privacy Protection Act, as amended on January 1, 2014, we hereby disclose that we do not currently honor “do not track” signals issued by browsers or other third party sources.

(7) Third Party Tracking: We do use and allow certain third-party tracking to facilitate the analysis of the Site and perform functions regarding the software you purchase. Easy Digital Downloads and/or Drip are used to perform financial transactions and track licensing keys, however, the companies will not contact you for marketing purposes. You can click the following links to read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Drip.com. We also use certain third-party services such as Google utilities and analytics. Google participates in the NAI opt-out program. You can visit this link to view all companies including Google that track you and choose to no longer be tracked.

(8) California Eraser Law. We do not allow for the posting of user-generated content on the Site. As such, the California “eraser law” does not apply to this Site.

2.2. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

(a) AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. However, we can match IP addresses to user names, which gives us the ability to match an IP address to the information you provide when purchasing to identify individuals. The Site may also gather anonymous aggregate “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

(b) COOKIES. We may use “cookies” to store a small piece of data on your computer during your visit to collect information we use to improve your experience with the Site and/or for re-marketing purposes including, but not limited to: Facebook advertising and Google Adwords advertising.

2.3. EZI GDPR Privacy Services

We use the encrypted third-party cookie _ezigdpr_2feb1b6b529f2a4c on the domain fast.ezigdpr.com to store information about your privacy preferences.

Data stored includes: a unique anonymous identifier; your various tag/cookie preferences (yes/no) and the date you made the selection. We also store a log of changes made to these preferences. This information cannot be traced to any natural person (ie You).

Google Remarketing

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. We have implemented the following:

We do not guarantee that any content, information, or advice in relation to Amazon or the Amazon Associates Program contained in this website or any of our products is accurate. We are not associated with Amazon or their Associates Program in any way shape or form.

We do not guarantee that using our plugin will keep your account in compliance with the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, and take no responsibility of your account gets banned because of the use of any of our products or information we provide.
